Wir arbeiten ausschließlich auf der Grundlage
der ADSp, jeweils neueste Fassung. Es wird darauf hingewiesen,
dass nach deren Ziff. 23 die Haftung des Spediteurs bei
Verlust oder Beschädigung des Gutes im Regelfall auf €
5,- je kg des Rohgewichts der Sendung beschränkt ist und
dass bei einem Verkehrsvertrag über die Beförderung mit
verschiedenen Beförderungsmitteln, sowie
bei Großschäden darüber hinaus eine Begrenzung auf 2
Sonderziehungsrechte je kg eingreift.
We operate
exclusively in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders’
Standard Terms and Conditions, latest version. We would like
to draw attention to the fact that under sections 23 and 24 of
those conditions, the forwarder`s liability in the event of
loss or damage of goods is generally limited to € 5 pkg of the
net weight of the consignment. Furthermore, in the case of
transport contracts which involve multi-modal carriage,
liability is restricted to 2 special drawing rights (SDR) per
kg.
